Location of largest galleries and performing arts center was analyzed with respect to the population density in Pakistan. It has been determined that some of the known artists and the art facilities belong in the 3 metropolitan cities- Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi. The Art facilities located in Islamabad are serving the twin cities.
Considering the need of Performing art center in Rawalpindi, the intention of the author in choosing the site is to target the area which has maximum potential for development in future, Bahria town is considered the most ideal for the proposed project.
Bahria town is connected to various cities of Pakistan through the National Highways and Motorways. This type of strong connection welcomes the artists from all over the country.
